Release Tamil political prisoners urge protesters in London, United Kingdom (TGTE)

There was a Draw Attention protest held in London urging for the release of Tamil political prisoners detained in Sri Lankan prisons.

This protest was held in front of the Prime Minister’s office gate on 20th December and it was coordinated by Trans National Government of Tamil Eelam (TGTE).

TGTE has been undertaking campaigns to request the International community to assure the safety and release of Tamil political prisoners detained in Sri Lankan prisons. It has also recently carried out a propaganda using postal card for this cause at the international level.

As a part of this, this Draw Attention protest has happened in front of the Prime Minister’s office in London.

There was a symbol devised for this Draw Attention protest which depicts a prison bars and prisoners inside with blood stained clothes. In this protest, a lot of people have participated.
